We are opening a new Cycle Hire centre from Norden Park & Ride near Corfe Castle on the Isle of Purbeck. The centre will have easy access to the cycle trails in Rempstone Estate, and outstanding views across Stoborough Heath and Poole Harbour
The trails are mainly flat but slightly more adventurous than the New Forest . You can even cycle along a quiet single track road to Arne with a Sika deer sanctuary and quiet sandy beach, looking out to Brownsea Island . There is easy bus and rail access to Norden via Wareham rail station and bus link to Corfe Castle . Why not combine a cycle trip with a journey on the famous Swanage Steam Railway which operates between Norden Station and Swanage?
We can offer a Saddle and Paddle adventure with our good friends at Liquid Logistics, who run kayak sessions on the Beaulieu River . Hire a bike from Brockenhurst or Hythe and cycle across the New Forest to meet the kayak team at their Bailey’s hard office, near Beaulieu and Buckler’s hard.
